Keith van Walraven, B.Comm., AACI (awarded designation in 1994), brings 22 years of experience in appraising residential and commercial properties. Previously, Keith was a commercial mortgage officer with a financial institution. |

Nick van Walraven, CRA (awarded designation in 1991), has over 20 years experience in appraising residential properties. Nick is a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board, and is an executive member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Ottawa Chapter. |

Jay Kenneth Boville, B.Comm., is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Jay apprenticed at this office while earning his degree at University of Ottawa. |

Richard Béliveau, B.Comm., est un membre candidat de l'Institut canadien des évaluateurs. Richard a ouvré dans la fonction publique canadienne pendant 18 ans avant de se joindre à notre équipe. Il a travaillé et voyagé à travers du monde et il parle trois langues (anglais, français, espagnol). Richard apporte avec lui une expérience globale dans le domaine immobilier.
